Mr. Ravindra Pai is the Partner and Co-founder of TriVeda Capital and also serves as the Managing Director of Century Real Estate Holdings Pvt Ltd., which has a 3000-acre land bank and over 20 mn sq. ft. of development portfolio. Mr. Pai has raised over $300 mn across various real estate projects and provided successful exits to investors. In doing so, he has developed deep relationships with marquee investors such as Goldman Sachs, JM Financial, Apollo Capital, HDFC, Xander, Kotak, and Piramal, among others. He has completed his BE from BMS College and his MBA from IIM Bangalore.

Mr. Pai is the Founder Patron of IIMB – Real Estate Research Initiative, a first-of-its-kind program in the Indian real estate sector that acts as a bridge between industry, academia, and the government. Before joining the real estate industry, he had successful stints in software programming, business process migration, and sales with reputed companies including Tata InfoTech, Oracle and GE Capital.

Mr. Raj Inamdar is the Partner and Co-founder of TriVeda Capital and the founder and CEO of Sorani Capital LLC. Mr. Inamdar has successfully executed real estate deals, projects, financings, and restructurings worth over $2.8 bn in both the U.S. and India. Additionally, he has raised over $800 mn of private equity in India across five closed-end investment vehicles from global institutional investors. He holds a BA from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

In his previous roles, Mr. Inamdar served as a Partner of Indra Capital Partners, where he played a key role in structuring a mixed-use project valued at $300 mn in Bangalore, India. Furthermore, he has successfully raised $100 mn of equity from global firms. He also held the position of Principal at Red Fort Capital and oversaw asset management across a portfolio of 20+ affordable residential projects in India, with a total value exceeding $5 bn.

Mr. Rohit Khanna is a Partner at Triveda Capital and has previously been a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank, having served in numerous leadership roles across the group in London, Singapore and Zurich. He brings a wealth of experience from across the financial services industry, having spent 18 years across several verticals including Global Markets, Corporate Finance and most recently as the Head of the European Capital Markets business in Wealth Management. He was at the forefront of establishing robust risk and governance standards within the various divisions and brings best practices from across the global financial industry and a similar market leading approach to TriVeda.

Rohit has also been a founder of his own travel-tech venture and currently serves as an Advisor to the Board of Jupiter Wealth Advisors, a leading Independent Wealth Manager in the UAE.

He holds a BE in Chemical Engineering, Masters in Physics from BITS Pilani and an MBA from IIM Bangalore.
