Mr. Rangachary is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India, and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has 45 years of experience in the fields of insurance and financial services and was the former Chairman of the Central Board of Direct Taxes and the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA).
