Mr. P Ravindra Pai

Mr. P. Ravindra Pai is a Partner of TriVeda Capital and has significant experience in the real estate sector. He is the Managing Director of Century Real Estate Holdings (CREH), which has an active development portfolio exceeding 15 million sq. ft. and access to a 3,000+ acre land bank. Mr. Pai has been involved and has overseen all activities of real estate starting from sourcing of land to project execution and delivery. He has built deep relationships with marquee investors such as Goldman Sachs, JM Financial, Apollo Capital, HDFC, Xander, Kotak, Piramal and others, having successfully raised over USD 300 million towards various real estate projects and provided exits to investors. He has been instrumental in scaling up the ‘Century’ brand and has a sharp acumen in identifying and successfully executing real estate transactions from start to finish.
Mr. Pai is the Founder Patron of IIMB - Real Estate Research Initiative, initiated as a bridge between Industry, Academia and the Government, a first of its kind initiative in the real estate sector in the country. Prior to joining the real estate Industry, he has had successful stints in diverse fields such as software programming, business process migration and sales with reputed companies such as Tata InfoTech and GE Capital, as well as handling sales in South and West India for Oracle. He is also the Joint Managing Trustee of Vidyashilp Education Group, which successfully runs five schools across 3,000 students and has now been granted a license to start a university for higher education in Bangalore.
Mr. Pai holds an M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIM-B) and B.E. Electronics from BMS College, Bangalore.

Mr. Raj S. Inamdar

Mr. Raj S. Inamdar is a Partner of TriVeda Capital and the Founder and CEO of Sorani Capital LLC. Founded in 2009, Sorani's real estate portfolio in the U.S. and India currently exceeds USD 500 million of assets under management. Mr. Inamdar has previously executed over USD 2 billion in real estate transactions, developments, financings and restructurings in the U.S. and India, and has raised USD 800 million of private equity for deployment in India across five closed-end investment vehicles from global institutional investors (including SWFs, pension plans, funds-of-funds, insurance companies, family offices, investment banks, private equity firms and investment managers).
Previously, Mr. Inamdar was a Partner of Indra Capital Partners, which structured a USD 300 million mixed-use project in Bangalore, India and raised USD 100 million of equity from global firms. He was a Principal at Red Fort Capital (2009-2012), where he led the USD 500 million capital raise for Red Fort’s Fund II and headed asset management oversight across a portfolio of 20+ projects in India focused on affordable residential worth over USD 5 billion. He is also the former Chief Investment Officer of the USD 400 million South Asian Real Estate (SARE) fund (2007-2009), which focused on affordable residential development. From 2004-2007, Mr. Inamdar was a real estate development executive for Millennium Partners, a U.S.-based developer of mixed-use Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton properties. He began his career as an investment banker with Morgan Stanley’s M&A department in New York.
Mr. Inamdar holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an A.B. from Harvard College, from which he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude.

Mr. Pushpak Pusegaonkar

Chief Investment Officer

Mr. Pusegaonkar is the Chief Investment Officer of TriVeda Capital and has extensive experience in strategic planning, investment evaluation and market advisory across the real estate and infrastructure sectors. He is the Chief Operating Officer of Century Real Estate Holdings Pvt. Ltd. Previously, he was Senior Consultant, Real Estate and Infrastructure Advisory at Feedback Infra Pvt. Ltd., where he worked broadly on assignments across business planning, investment due diligence and transaction advisory for marquee clients in South Asia and Africa. He has a strong track record in investment evaluation, market research and manpower planning. Mr. Pusegaonkar successfully devised an India entry strategy for a Japanese FDI-funded real estate developer and helped raise INR 320 Crores for an infrastructure asset in North India. He has participated in various bids in the private and public space and also advised various government bodies in drafting effective policies for the real estate and infrastructure sectors. He also has expertise in new project conceptualization, business plan formulation, project launch and delivery, asset management and land monetization. Mr. Pusegaonkar holds a PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad and B. Tech. from NIT Nagpur.
